Yes, so long as the goods are unopened and in resealable condition. Please note, restock and collection charges may apply, for more information see our returns policy below.

Returns Policy

Returning Damaged Goods

Please check your parcels carefully upon receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and you suspect the contents may be damaged, mark the Delivery note as ‘Damaged’ and reject the goods. Please notify us immediately, and we will send replacements. This is very important as signed acceptance of delivery indicates the point at which ownership of the product transfers from the supplier to the customer.

Return within 7 days of delivery date:

You have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Surrey Ceilings Ltd by email giving details of the goods ordered and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Surrey Ceilings Ltd at your own cost. All returned items must be in the original packaging and sent to us within seven days from receipt. Returned goods must be still sealed, unopened and in perfect condition. Goods that do not comply with this may not be returned. The Buyer agrees to pay a restocking charge equivalent to 20% of the order.

You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during delivery back to Surrey Ceilings Ltd. Any damages and/or breakages caused in transit, while the product is being returned to us, may invalidate the return policy.

Sale or Return

We do not supply goods on Sale or Return under any circumstance.

Please note: You do not have the right to cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Act if you are not a consumer i.e. a company, partnership, sole trader or any other commercial body or registered charity.
